Delete my data

Use this form to delete your MealCoach account and everything in it, or to get a copy of your data. A person reads every request — nothing is deleted automatically.

Write from the address linked to your account, so we can confirm the request is yours.

We answer within 30 days. Nothing is deleted automatically — a person reads the request.

What happens next

  • We reply within 30 days — the same deadline the privacy policy commits to.
  • If the request arrives from an address other than the one on the account, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours. Otherwise anyone could delete anyone's data.
  • Deletion removes the account, food entries, meal photos and bot conversation history. Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation.
  • A copy is sent to the same address in a machine-readable format.

Some of it you can delete yourself: individual entries and their photos in the app, and the bot conversation with the /clear command.
