Your coach sees every meal you eat

You log your food with a photo in seconds. Your coach approves it, flags it, or writes back — and the answer reaches you the same day.

Arriving soon

The app is being prepared for Google Play and the App Store.

The loop closes within a day

An ordinary food diary ends at the entry. Here the entry is only the first step — it starts to matter once somebody has read it and answered.

You

Photograph the plate

Take a picture and recognition fills in the dish, the calories and the macros — you correct it when it gets them wrong. Or pick from meals you have already saved, or just say it out loud.

The less friction there is in logging, the likelier it is to happen at all. That is why logging is the fastest action in the app, and why it will stay that way.

Your coach

Reads it and replies

The entry lands in their feed: what, when and how much. They approve it, flag what looks off, or write a comment — attached to that entry, not to a separate chat.

This is what separates it from a calorie counter: an entry nobody read is not yet a result. The answer arrives the same day, while the meal is still fresh.

You again

See the reply in place

The comment arrives as a notification and stays next to the plate it is about. The weekly summary then pulls it together: days logged, where calories were in range, and the day you missed.

A whole week shows a habit rather than a record — and the point where it slipped. That is where the next conversation with your coach starts.

If you're training

  • Logging takes seconds — one-handed, in the kitchen, while the food is still in front of you.
  • The whole week at a glance — what's approved, what's flagged, and where you skipped a day.
  • Your coach's reply is right there, where you logged it — not in a separate conversation.

If you're coaching

  • Every client on one screen — grouped by day, with the photo and macros of each entry.
  • You can see who stopped logging — without a roll call or manual reminders.
  • Approve, flag or reply — one tap, from your phone, between sessions.

Honestly, what to expect

Photo recognition is an estimate
The model guesses what's on the plate and works out the macros. It gets things wrong — home cooking and portion sizes especially. The numbers are editable, and often worth editing.
You can skip the app entirely
The Telegram bot takes a photo, a voice note, or plain text: “oatmeal with banana”. It already works today — @mealcoach_fit_bot.
Russian and English
The app, the bot and the notifications all speak both. You switch in settings and it remembers.
Your coach sees your meal photos
That's the entire point of the service, but it deserves saying plainly. What gets collected, who it's shared with, and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy.
